玻璃體變性，伴隨著玻璃體稠度的變化，即玻璃體液化和凝縮。液化的玻璃體充滿(mǎn)了后脫離后留下的空隙，一旦視網(wǎng)膜裂孔形成，液化玻璃體會(huì)由此進(jìn)入視網(wǎng)膜下腔，當(dāng)進(jìn)入液體超過(guò)色素上皮向后轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)能力時(shí)，液體就逐漸積聚，zui終發(fā)生視網(wǎng)膜脫離。
視網(wǎng)膜脫離與許多因素有關(guān)，有些因素極易導(dǎo)致視網(wǎng)膜脫離，因而被稱(chēng)為易患因素。主要有：①近視眼：近視眼易于產(chǎn)生玻璃體變性及后脫離。視網(wǎng)膜變性如格子樣變性、鋪路石樣變性等更可能在近視眼中見(jiàn)到。近視眼周邊視網(wǎng)膜的脆弱性，又有玻璃體視網(wǎng)膜牽引，很容易導(dǎo)致視網(wǎng)膜脫離。②無(wú)晶體眼：白內(nèi)障手術(shù)伴有玻璃體并發(fā)癥的人特別容易發(fā)生視網(wǎng)膜脫離。發(fā)生在白內(nèi)障囊內(nèi)摘除術(shù)后者可能與填補(bǔ)原晶體空間的玻璃體運(yùn)動(dòng)有關(guān)。玻璃體腔的大，增加了玻璃體擺動(dòng)的空間，使其對(duì)視網(wǎng)膜的牽引力增強(qiáng)。術(shù)中玻璃體的丟失加劇了這種作用。有玻璃體嵌頓時(shí)，則改變了玻璃體后脫離的自然狀況，從而誘發(fā)了玻璃體對(duì)無(wú)晶體眼視網(wǎng)膜的效應(yīng)。③年齡：老年人玻璃體大多變性、液化，常伴有各種視網(wǎng)膜變性，因而容易發(fā)生視網(wǎng)膜脫離。④視網(wǎng)膜變性：有些視網(wǎng)膜變性，如格子樣變性、霜樣變性、鋪路石樣變性，特別容易形成視網(wǎng)膜裂孔。這是因?yàn)樽冃越档土艘暰W(wǎng)膜的粘著力，抗?fàn)恳档汀＂萃鈧涸诖靷?，撞擊運(yùn)動(dòng)的瞬間可使眼球暫時(shí)變形，盡管眼球壁能順應(yīng)外力，但玻璃體不能，此時(shí)玻璃體基底部與球壁分開(kāi)，容易產(chǎn)生視網(wǎng)膜鋸齒緣離斷。穿孔性外傷可直接造成視網(wǎng)膜脫離，而后期玻璃體增殖可導(dǎo)致?tīng)恳跃W(wǎng)脫。 視網(wǎng)膜的脫離是有早期癥狀的，只有早期發(fā)現(xiàn)，才能早期治療。視網(wǎng)膜脫離的早期癥狀有以下幾種。

（1）飛蚊與閃光：出現(xiàn)zui早。實(shí)際上是玻璃體后脫離的癥狀。中老年人特別是高度近視眼患者，然后出現(xiàn)大量飛蚊、某一方位持續(xù)閃光時(shí)，應(yīng)警惕視網(wǎng)膜脫離的可能。

（2）中心視力下降：后極部的視網(wǎng)膜脫離，視力急劇下降。周邊部初脫時(shí)，對(duì)中心視力無(wú)影響或影響甚小。同樣在高危病人有視力下降時(shí)應(yīng)詳細(xì)檢查眼底。

Retinal detachment is an early symptom, and only early detection, early treatment. The early symptoms of retinal detachment are the following.
