目前，除了流感和秋季腹瀉外，家有兒女的還有提防另一種流行病——水痘。此前媒體報(bào)道，省疾控中心也證實(shí)，廣東已進(jìn)入水痘多發(fā)季。有關(guān)專家提醒，中小學(xué)及托幼機(jī)構(gòu)是發(fā)生水痘暴發(fā)疫情的高危場(chǎng)所。中山大學(xué)附屬第六醫(yī)院兒科主任郝虎接受羊城晚報(bào)記者采訪，支招水痘患兒的治療和家庭護(hù)理方法。

止癢+預(yù)防感染+促進(jìn)愈合
郝虎介紹，水痘在冬春季高發(fā)。該病傳染性*，易感者接觸患者后約90%發(fā)病，俗稱“見面?zhèn)?rdquo;。不過，水痘為自限性疾病，10天左右自愈。發(fā)病急，前期有低熱或中度發(fā)熱、頭痛、乏力、咳嗽、食欲不振等癥狀，持續(xù)一兩天后出現(xiàn)皮疹。
水痘皮疹首先出現(xiàn)于軀干和頭部，后延及面部和四肢，以發(fā)際、胸背軀干較多，四肢面部較少，手掌足底偶見。初為紅斑疹，數(shù)小時(shí)后變?yōu)樯罴t色丘疹，再數(shù)小時(shí)后變?yōu)榘捳睢?br />郝虎介紹，目前并沒有治療水痘的*藥?；純壕歪t(yī)除了得到確診為，醫(yī)生還會(huì)為患兒開具止癢的外用藥，水痘破損后若沾染了細(xì)菌很容易引起局部感染，因此醫(yī)生還會(huì)開具消炎藥預(yù)防感染。另外，還會(huì)開具口服的促進(jìn)結(jié)痂處愈合的藥物。

避免孩子抓撓，咳嗽胸悶要及時(shí)就醫(yī)
對(duì)于正在出水痘的孩子，家庭護(hù)理尤為重要，其中一個(gè)重要的任務(wù)就是避免孩子抓撓皮膚，以免引起感染、甚至留下疤痕。郝虎建議，可以給孩子穿透氣性好的衣服，并遮蓋住皮膚，這樣可以減少孩子抓撓。另外，孩子的衣服一定要勤更換，換下的衣服需要用含氯的消毒劑消毒。飲食則宜清熱，宜飲綠豆湯、銀花露、小麥湯、粥、面片等。
這里要提醒的是，水痘本身并不可怕，可怕的是水痘可能會(huì)引起病毒性肺炎、病毒性心肌炎、病毒性腦炎。因此郝虎建議，家長要注意觀察孩子，如果孩子精神不好、出現(xiàn)咳嗽、胸悶，或四肢抽筋，則提示可能出現(xiàn)了并發(fā)癥，建議盡快就醫(yī)。

Hao Hu said there were no special drugs for the treatment of chickenpox at present. In addition to being diagnosed, the doctor will also give the external medicine for itching for the children. If the infected chicken pox is infected with bacteria, it will easily cause local infection, so the doctor will also release anti-inflammatory drugs to prevent infection. In addition, it will also be taken orally to promote the healing of the scab.

The child to avoid scratching, cough, chest tightness and timely medical treatment
Is chickenpox child, family care is particularly important, one important task is to avoid the child scratching the skin, so as not to cause infection, or even leave a scar. Hao Hu suggested that children can wear breathable clothes, and cover the skin, this can reduce the child scratching. In addition, the children's clothes must be replaced frequently, and the changed clothes need to be disinfectant with chlorinated disinfectants. Diet should be hot, and should drink mung bean soup, silver flower dew, wheat soup, porridge, film and so on.
It should be reminded that chickenpox itself is not frightening, and the terrible thing is that chickenpox may cause viral pneumonia, viral myocarditis, and viral encephalitis. Therefore, Hao Hu suggested that parents should pay attention to the observation of their children. If the child is in a bad mood, cough, chest tightness or limb cramps, it is suggested that there may be complications. It is recommended that we should see a doctor as soon as possible.
