在刑偵領域,死亡時間的確定是破案zui重要的線索之一,圍繞它展開的相關研究一直沒有停止。但是,現(xiàn)實沒有我們想得那么樂觀。專家表示,現(xiàn)在業(yè)內(nèi)還是用傳統(tǒng)方法居多,而以基因表達確定死亡時間,盡管法醫(yī)專家已經(jīng)研究了很多年,但仍停留在實驗室,離真正應用還有較長的路要走。

一直沒有*方法

到目前為止,法醫(yī)學領域推斷死亡時間的技術手段,主要是依據(jù)尸體現(xiàn)象,如尸僵、尸斑、尸溫等,胃內(nèi)容的消化程度以及尸體周圍、植物的生長變化規(guī)律等。“準確推斷死亡時間是法醫(yī)學界*的難題,目前尚未有不受個體差異和死后變化影響的‘金指標’可用于實際案件。”gongan部物證鑒定中心法醫(yī)病理損傷技術處副處長何光龍說。

從專業(yè)的角度講,根據(jù)尸體現(xiàn)象推斷死亡時間的方法多與統(tǒng)計學有關,也有相關的公式。但正如何光龍所說,環(huán)境的溫濕度、死者的體格、死亡原因等各種因素都會造成死后變化的個體差異性,從而影響死亡時間推斷的準確性。比如,通過尸溫變化來推斷早期死亡時間在目前案件中應用較廣,但尸溫的變化受死者的胖瘦、衣著狀態(tài)、周圍環(huán)境的溫度變化等多因素干擾。相同環(huán)境下胖子的尸溫比瘦子的尸溫降低得慢;溫暖室內(nèi)的尸溫比寒冷室外的尸溫冷得要慢。因此,現(xiàn)在法醫(yī)學對死亡時間的鑒定是一個相對粗略的時間區(qū)間段判斷。

“基因表達法”為什么目前不靠譜

大概從十幾年前開始,中國法醫(yī)學界開始探討是否可以通過監(jiān)測人死后基因表達的變化獲得更精確的死亡時間,其中以華中科技大學同濟醫(yī)學院教授劉良和他的團隊為代表?!缎∈蠊趋兰〖毎薉NA降解與死亡時間的關系》《運用RNA降解規(guī)律構建數(shù)學模型推斷死亡時間》《人體死后肝細胞DNA含量與死亡時間關系的研究》等研究成果都發(fā)表在雜志上。

但是,這些研究大多已停滯。業(yè)內(nèi)人士告訴科技日報記者,這項研究后來進展不大,有些關鍵問題始終無法突破,個體差異和現(xiàn)實干擾因素等老問題無法解決,更重要的是成果始終無法從實驗室走向應用。

因為實驗室環(huán)境是穩(wěn)定單一的,而真正發(fā)生的案件是非常復雜的,每一個細微的差別都會影響鑒定。何光龍認為,用人死后基因表達的變化來確定死亡時間的離真正應用還很遠。

From a professional point of view, the method of inferring the time of death based on the phenomenon of corpses is mostly related to statistics, and there are relevant formulas. However, what we are saying is that environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, physical and death causes of the dead will cause individual differences after death, which will affect the accuracy of the estimation of the time of death. For example, the body temperature changes to infer the early time of death in present case is widely used, but the change of the temperature change of the body temperature, clothing, status, environment and other factors. Why "gene expression" is not reliable at present

Among them, Professor Liu Liang and his team from Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology represented him. The relationship between the DNA degradation and the time of death in skeletal muscle of mice has been published in authoritative journals by using the mathematical model of RNA degradation rule to deduce the relationship between the time of death, the DNA content of postmortem hepatocytes and the time of death.

However, most of these studies have stagnated. Insiders told ScienceDaily Daily reporters that the research didn't progress very much, and some key problems could not be broken through. The old problems such as individual differences and realistic interference factors could not be solved, and more importantly, the results could never be applied from the laboratory to the application.

Because the laboratory environment is stable and single, and the real case is very complex, and every subtle difference will affect the identification. He Guanglong believes that the change in the expression of gene expression after death is far from the real application of the time of death.
