6q探針
6q長臂缺失是淋巴細胞惡性增殖疾病中zui為常見的異常，也是淋巴瘤中zui為常見的異常。6q缺失在B-CLL中約占6%，在多種腫瘤包括慢性淋巴細胞白血?。–LL）中意味著預后差。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)6q中zui短的缺失片段僅有2M，位于6q21區(qū)域。這種大小的缺失片段用常規(guī)核型分析檢測不出。SEC63基因位于6q21區(qū)域中。用FISH方法能對這一片段缺失進行檢測，可用于指導臨床進行預后判斷和治療方案的選擇。
