在中國(guó)殘疾人聯(lián)合會(huì)發(fā)布的《關(guān)于開(kāi)展第19次全國(guó)“愛(ài)耳日”宣傳教育活動(dòng)的通知》中所列明的工作項(xiàng)目中，便提到了“開(kāi)展耳聾基因篩查”“預(yù)防和減少藥物導(dǎo)致聽(tīng)力殘疾的發(fā)生”。

在趙亮看來(lái)，基因檢測(cè)對(duì)于預(yù)防藥物性耳聾作用重大，他介紹說(shuō)：“一部分藥物性耳聾會(huì)和遺傳基因有關(guān)，對(duì)于經(jīng)耳聾基因檢測(cè)中發(fā)現(xiàn)有線粒體基因突變的孩子，其對(duì)耳毒性藥物的敏感性要超過(guò)普通孩子，更應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格控制用藥。”

對(duì)于耳聾基因篩查，冀連梅表示，目前國(guó)內(nèi)已廣泛存在針對(duì)新生兒耳聾基因攜帶者的專業(yè)篩查，以確定新生兒是否有氨基糖甙類致聾基因。

她轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給北京晨報(bào)記者一張患者曾出示過(guò)的基因篩查后的“用藥指南”卡片，卡片上標(biāo)明了這樣的文字：“您本人及母系家族成員應(yīng)終生禁用或慎用氨基糖甙類抗生素，然后列出了鏈霉素、卡那霉素等10多種抗生素的名字。”

冀連梅強(qiáng)調(diào)，基因篩查之后，醫(yī)生都會(huì)給新生兒家長(zhǎng)一張這樣的卡片，上面注明了哪些藥物要禁用或慎用。家長(zhǎng)在帶孩子看病時(shí)，即可將卡片出示給醫(yī)生。

耳毒性藥物仍未退出治療

基層藥師應(yīng)加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)教育

盡管藥物性耳聾兒童人群龐大，不過(guò)冀連梅藥師指出，“過(guò)去認(rèn)為藥物使用不當(dāng)是造成兒童耳聾的主要原因之一，現(xiàn)在的大城市應(yīng)該不會(huì)存在這類問(wèn)題了，但在基層，濫用藥物的現(xiàn)象還很普遍。”冀連梅透露，像慶大霉素如今的確仍在基層使用。趙亮醫(yī)生也告訴北京晨報(bào)記者，因?yàn)槎拘运幬镉懈髯缘乃幚碜饔茫壳安豢赡?退出醫(yī)療市場(chǎng)。

關(guān)于預(yù)防兒童用藥不當(dāng)，冀連梅還介紹說(shuō)，目前國(guó)內(nèi)通常是在藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)中有所體現(xiàn)，在說(shuō)明書(shū)的《注意事項(xiàng)》下提醒醫(yī)生和患者注意可能有耳毒性。
