實驗步驟

1） 將所有的材料和樣品都平衡至室溫（2-30℃）

2） 將所有的檢測卡從密封的試劑袋中取出。

3） 將樣品點滴器垂直置于樣品孔上方，向樣品孔中加入3滴樣品（120-150ul）。

4） 10分鐘內(nèi)讀取結(jié)果，強(qiáng)陽性樣品可能會早點出現(xiàn)結(jié)果。

注意：10分鐘后讀取的實驗結(jié)果可能會不準(zhǔn)確。

結(jié)果說明

陽性結(jié)果：檢測線區(qū)域出現(xiàn)明顯的粉色條帶，另外質(zhì)控線區(qū)域出現(xiàn)粉色條帶。

陰性結(jié)果：檢測線區(qū)域不顯色，質(zhì)控線區(qū)域出現(xiàn)明顯的粉色條帶。

無效結(jié)果：靠近檢測線的質(zhì)控線在加樣品后15分鐘內(nèi)不可見的話，則實驗結(jié)果無效。

該分段法各段的解剖分界明確，共 分為七段：C1頸段(Cervical segement)，C2巖段（Petrous  segment），C3破裂（孔）段（Lacerum segment），C4海綿竇段 （Cavenous segement），C5床段（Clinoidal segment），C6眼段 （Opt細(xì)菌almic segement）和C7交通段（Communicating segment ）[1]  。C1頸段：頸段起于頸總動脈分叉水平，終止于頸動脈管顱外口。C2巖 段：這段頸內(nèi)動脈位于頸動脈管內(nèi)，起于頸動脈管顱外口，終止于破 裂孔后緣。C3破裂（孔）段：破裂段起于頸動脈管末端，動脈越過孔 部，但不穿過這個孔，在破裂孔的垂直管內(nèi)上升，向著海綿后竇，止 于巖舌韌帶上緣。C4海綿竇段：此段始于巖舌韌帶上緣，止于近側(cè)硬 膜環(huán)。C5床段：此段起于近側(cè)硬膜環(huán)，止于遠(yuǎn)側(cè)硬膜環(huán)。C6眼段：該 段起于遠(yuǎn)側(cè)硬膜環(huán)，止于后交通動脈起點的緊近側(cè)。C7交通段：交通 段起于緊靠后交通動脈起點的近側(cè)，止于頸內(nèi)動脈分叉處。動眼神經(jīng) （oculomotor nerve）為運動性神經(jīng)，含有軀體運動和內(nèi)臟運動兩種 纖維。軀體運動纖維起于中腦動眼神經(jīng)核，一般內(nèi)臟運動纖維起于動 眼神經(jīng)副核。動眼神經(jīng)自腳間窩出腦，緊貼小腦幕緣及后床突側(cè)方前 行，進(jìn)入海綿竇側(cè)壁上部，再經(jīng)眶上裂眶，立即分為上、下兩支。上 支細(xì)小，支配上直肌和上瞼提肌。下支粗大，支配下直、內(nèi)直和下斜 肌。由下斜肌支分出一個小支叫睫狀神經(jīng)節(jié)短根，它由內(nèi)臟運動纖維 （副交感）組成，進(jìn)入睫狀神經(jīng)節(jié)交換神經(jīng)元后，分布于睫狀肌和瞳 孔括約肌，參與瞳孔對光反射和調(diào)節(jié)反射。動眼神經(jīng)麻痹時，出現(xiàn)上眼瞼下垂，眼球向內(nèi)、向上及向下活動受限 而出現(xiàn)外斜視和復(fù)視，并有瞳孔散大，調(diào)節(jié)和聚合反射消失。常見的 病細(xì)菌有動眼、滑車與外展神經(jīng)本身炎癥而致的麻痹，急性感染性多 發(fā)性神經(jīng)炎，繼發(fā)于頭面部急、慢性炎癥而引起海綿竇血栓形成。
